Jessica Haldane

Director of Learning Solutions

Jessica is a leadership and high potentials coach, organizational psychologist, and founder of Right on Ninth. She is fiercely committed to discovering the distinctive strengths and character of her clients and translating them into powerful insights that lead to purposeful actions and results with cascading impact.

Jessica began her career as a corporate consultant and strategist to various Fortune 500 organizations including Fifth Third Bank, Bloomberg, GE, and Honda. Through her expertise in human and organizational behavior she created customized learning platforms and initiatives that addressed critical business needs and markedly improved employee performance. She has also partnered with teams in numerous industries to facilitate discovery, engagement, and transformation.

Her experience as the head of leadership development for a large healthcare provider helped her gain a firm grasp on what it takes to build someone with the potential to lead into an effective leader with presence and influence. She now utilizes her background and perspective to ensure her clients advance toward deeply meaningful long-term aspirations.

Jessica graduated with honors in Human Development from Cornell University and went on to complete her graduate degree in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. She earned her professional coach certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is certified as an energy leadership master practitioner and neuro-linguistic programming practitioner. Jessica is also a member of the International Coach Federation and Past Immediate Director for the Tampa Bay Professional Coaches Association (ICF Charter Chapter).

A few interesting facts you might not know about Jessica:
  • She can sing like a Munchkin – sans helium.
  • Her coffee makers have a nasty habit of revolting against her. More often than not it’s completely deserved.
  • As a child she had a perplexing fascination with tadpoles (there’s just something about squiggly creatures sprouting legs that makes the rest of the world seem uncharacteristically disinteresting).

Lauren McFadden

Organizational & Team Development Strategist

Lauren McFadden works with teams, organizations and individuals to help create transformation and sustainability.  In today’s market place, it is all about being nimble and able to adapt to rapid changes. In order to grow or maintain market share and profitability, it is essential to have a strong foundation while maintaining an innovative, flexible approach to doing business.  Lauren assists clients in getting clear on what makes them unique, what makes them better than the competition, and what makes loyal customers.  They can then leverage this knowledge in a focused fashion to become even more formidable in the market place.

She has over 18 years of experience working as coach, facilitator, teacher, and consultant.  The wisdom, knowledge and experience she has gained, enable her to understand and identify barriers and obstacles quickly and easily.  She knows intuitively, what each unique team needs to move through, over and under obstacles to be their best and meet their goals.  Each project, coaching session, or workshop is customized to meet the unique needs and goals of the client.  She has worked with over 100 different clients helping them to accomplish their vision and goals.  As one client can be quoted, “Lauren points us in the right directions and lets us find our own destination” and “she helps us find our own answers”.

Lauren has her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University.  Her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Business Administration were earned at the University of Florida.  She is a certified Human Performance Technologist (Western Michigan University), Certified Performance Technologist (International Society for Performance Improvement), and a certified Court Mediator (Supreme Court of Florida).  Other certifications include Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) consultant, and Zenger Miller Facilitator.  Lauren was charter board member and Vice-President At-Large for the local chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.  She currently serves as Vice President of Programs for the local chapter.

A few interesting facts you might not know about Lauren:
  • She is well-known in some circles for her gifts in the art and practice of Reiki.
  • You’ll often find her juggling an infinite number of balls in raising her two incredible daughters.
  • Her german shepard, Grace, possesses psychic abilities. No, seriously. Until you give her a bone. Then she loses all capacity for communication altogether.

Kathy McDonald

Creativity & Innovation Specialist

Kathy is a certified professional coach specializing in helping business leaders deliver exceptional results by cultivating innovation and breakthrough thinking.

In a prior life Kathy was a marketer at Kraft Foods and AT&T, growing brands, launching new products in business-to-consumer and business-to-business markets, managing budgets and developing innovative promotion plans.  At Oracle, she was instrumental in putting financial controls in place.  Kathy formed a marketing consulting business, focusing on growing small businesses in a wide array of industries.  It is this breadth of experience as a business leader that allows her to understand the challenges leaders face of managing priorities within limited time constraints.

Through coaching, she turned her passion for people and what drives them toward helping professionals get more done with less effort.  She is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.

Kathy holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is co-author of Creating Your Life Collage: Strategies for Solving the Work/Life Dilemma (Three Rivers Press).   She is a sought after workshop leader, having presented at Working Mother Magazine’s WorkLife Congress, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Accenture.  She has appeared on CBS News’ “The Early Show” and Fox News, and blogs regularly about productivity and work/life balance tools.

A few interesting facts you might not know about Kathy:
  • She’s an avid gardener, though since her move to Florida she has killed a shocking number of defenseless plants.
  • She can often be found on weekends trolling theme parks and art fairs with her middle school children.
  • Don’t be surprised if you see her perform in a flash mob dance group at the next city event you attend.  This does not imply she is a talented dancer.

Personal & Team Transformation Specialist

Jennifer Barley is a Professional Certified Life Coach, Public Speaker, and Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Instructor. She is also a leadership development specialist, experienced in developing leaders improve their emotional intelligence and dynamic communication as well as build high energy relationships. It is Jennifer’s strong belief that every person can create whatever life they choose and she partners with her clients to make it happen. She has a strong talent for motivating, inspiring and adding humor to every situation.

One of Jennifer’s passions is teaching, facilitating, and leading group interactions.  She is a lead trainer for the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an International Coach Federation accredited Life Coaching Program, with over 340 hours of course-related work and hands-on training. She currently teaches in Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA and San Antonio, TX focusing on teaching coaching core competencies, skills, foundation principles, and tools.

Prior to beginning her coaching career in 2007, Jennifer worked in Silicon Valley for companies such as Adobe Systems, Cisco Systems and Lutris Technologies. Jennifer is committed to providing the support, encouragement, accountability, and motivation that her clients need to get inspired and get in the game.

  • Her favorite place in the world is to be on her kayak on any body of water.
  • She often makes up her own words and actually believes they are legitimate.
  • She loves adventure and risk – as long as there is an excel spreadsheet to go along with it.
